• 11-12:15pm.  Sound Bath.  Experience a full sound healing with crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, chimes, and natural elements like rain stick/rattle with Tara O.   Awesome lighting will be used to create a relaxing ambiance.  Tara O.
• 12:15-12:30 Break
• 12:30-1:45pm.   Speaking from the heart instead of the brain.  Based on teachings from Heart Math, Tyler will speak about how the heart truly is the master of decision making (not the brain as most people would think).  Tyler Smith. 
• 1:45-2:00pm Break
• 2:00-3:15pm Write Yourself a love letter.  We will write ourselves this letter, and self-address it, and stamp it.  These will be mailed to you later this year.  A guided meditation will set the mood before we write the letter.  Annette Talley-Bailey.
• 3:15-3:30pm Break
• 3:30-5:00pm Discover how to manage stress and increase your energy in a practical, healthy and sustainable way! Your body doesn’t speak a verbal language or even a rational one, but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn to communicate with it. Finish out the day with Tyler Begg for a basic lesson in Neuro-Somatic Intelligence to restore calm and stability to your unique nervous system. Tyler Begg.
