Donna Damazyn
Instructor and Studio Owner
Hi, my name is Donna Damazyn. I've been an avid exerciser since 19 years of age. I started with Jazzercise and faithfully kept at it for nearly 20 years. With hopes of becoming a fitness instructor, I took classes at TVI (now CNM) speciializing in exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition. I then became a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer. I gained experience by leading exercise classes at a local business for four years.
My life changed dramatically after becoming certified and facilitating yoga classes. I developed a new sense of awareness, and I calmed down a lot. Yoga helped me to clarify my goals, to get a healthier diet, and to quit drinking alcohol. The results of these changes were so inspiring that I was able to stick with the changes. I am grateful for my yoga practice for deeping my sense of self, and I want to share the gift of yoga with you. I am registered with Yoga Alliance, and have completed a 200 hour yoga training program.

Paul Darin
Instructor, 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher
Licensed Massage Therapist
I began practicing yoga in 1996 after a car accident, when a chiropractor recommended I try it. The practice of yoga felt familiar and quickly became a centerpiece of my studies. I attended the Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, California, and received my RYT certification in Raja Ashtanga yoga under the guidance of Baba Hari Dass in 2003.
I like to guide my yoga students on a journey - centering them in the space, and then challenging them to deepen their practice. I strive to build community among my students, creating a safe and joyous place where they can surprise themselves with their accomplishments.
Always excited by learning, I have studied shamanism, clinical hypnotherapy, musculoskeletal anatomy, the tarot, and luthiery (building and repairing of guitars and violins). In addition to teaching yoga, I am also a licensed bodyworker, specializing in shiatsu.
In balance with the universe, I wish you peace, peace, peace, honoring the spirit that resides within you.

Janet Duran
Instructor, 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher
Within the twenty years experience I have been mastering yoga, I have discovered it is a system of movement that is always new. Each time I approach the mat, I come away with new insight and deep inner relaxation. This has blossomed into a desire to share the sacred gifts of yoga with others. My goal as a yoga instructor is to bring a sense of mental and emotional release from our stressful lives with movement, breath, and intelligence.
I have completed 200 hours of training, and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I have also received my license from the National Exercise Trainer's Association. I find that my education with yoga is a wonderful, ongoing process that continues to build a beautiful experience.
I invite you to share the journey with me.
Namaste (the divine in me salutes the divine in you)
