Corporate Yoga

Onsite yoga programs at your place of business:

 

  • Instructor comes to you
  • Classes are 1 hour in length, but we can also do a shorter or longer class
  • Customizable to your needs (relaxation, basic stretching, etc.)
  • Lunchtime or after work times available

 

Rates as low as $8.00 per student!  Some companies fund 1/2 of the program, and others let the students pay on their own.  The convenience of having an instructor on site is very valuable for your employees.
